I stopped by the store and it was fine, the staff were friendly and did help me out with what I needed, but I ended up waiting longer than I expected and that got a little annoying after a while, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as quick or smooth as I was hoping.

Just a heads up for anyone dealing with this: I did eventually get my refund, so at least that part worked out. But the waiting process was really frustrating and took longer than I expected. If you're expecting a quick refund, don't count on it...

"Okay experience, but the packaging could be better"
I ordered from iPurple and the delivery time was fine, nothing to complain about there. The box showed up a bit crushed on one side though, and the padding inside felt bare minimum. Luckily the product itself was fine, but it didn’t exactly give me confidence that it was well protected. I know companies always say stuff like “carefully packed” and all that polished wording, but this didn’t really feel like that in real life. Not a terrible experience, just kind of average. I might order again, but I’d definitely like to see better packaging next time.

The reply wasn’t exactly instant, because apparently patience is still a thing, but once they got back to me, they handled it properly. I ordered from ipurple.eu and the product itself was fine, so no big issue there. But on the sustainability side... I don’t know, I was a bit disappointed. The packaging seemed like it had more plastic than necessary, and I couldn’t really find clear info about eco-friendly materials or recycling. Maybe they are doing something behind the scenes, but from a customer point of view, it doesn’t really come across. I just expected a bit more, honestly.
